MP Navigator w/MX870

I just switched from a 10 year old Dell desktop to a new Dell laptop. MP Navigator can not find the printer. It prints fine, but I can not scan.

Hi estimator,

So we can best assist you, please let us know if the printer is connected to the computer wirelessly or with a usb cord. Also please open the View Devices and Printers in the control panel and let us know if the printer is listed as MX870 or as MX870 WS.
