Why is my mx722 printer telling me to check doc in adf when I try to copy from the scan

When i try to copy from the scan my canon mx722 printer tells me to check the ADF. I have never used the ADF amd print and copy using the bottom tray only. Nothing is jammed in there. Please help.

MX340 is not printing color anymore

I have cleaned printheads, reset, restarted, checked drivers, & replaced ink and my printer will still not print color--only black. Any suggestions? Thanks

Resolved! I'm using Windows 10 and my Canon MX410 no longer scans. It keeps saying "scanner not detected".

I can't remember when it stopped working but I've had it unplugged for awhile. Today I really need to scan something and it won't scan. Printer is connected to my pc via USB.

Pixma MX712 shut down and won't turn back on

I performed all of the basic troubleshooting items including unplugging at power source, unplugging power cord from printer, plugging into various outlets, all with no luck. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

I'm installing a new printer......receiving support code 5100 and I can't get past it. Will not clear.

My MG6600 printer keeps saying its offline when I try to print. I use an USB to print.

Prints 2 blank pages and then says "there is no paper in the cassette (lower), buit it does have paper in it. Error code 1008

Can anybody help me get through this "support code 1000". I have CANON MG2900. It already has a paper in the rear tray and I tried alignment. Seems like the paper keeps going back and forth. It wont go inside and print.

My Pixma mx 712 has recently developed a vertical line about 2 inches from the left side on the printed product from the ADF feed. i have cleaned the glass and it still occurs. Does anyone have any suggestions?
