Hello, I have recently purchased the Canon MG2550S and am having issues with installation, the same issues whether using disk or downloading from web.
The installation process is going ok then it asks you to connect up the printer which I do, it starts fine but then a few mins later changes to printer not detected almost like the printer has gone to sleep although all the pwer lights are still on. I have 2 different laptops both with windows 10 doing the same thing.
i have noted on a previous forum post about not turning printer on util it tells you to - still the same issue
