Using canon plus glossy paper on a newly set up printer (works great printing documents),
trying to print 4X6. The image that makes it onto the paper is great; however, nearly 1/2 inch on both ends of the photo is not printed. Everything top to bottom made it - just not end to end. I reconfirmed the paper size on the printer and on the computer and got the same results the 2nd time. Please help. Thanks
