MG 3620 after installing cartridges, alarm flashes 4 times but wont let me open the head cover

MG 3620 after installing cartridges, alarm flashes 4 times but wont let me open the head cover, how can i open it so i can aligh the cartridges correctly?

Hi,

Unplug the power cord to the printer then press the power button on the printer 5 times. Once that is done, open the printer and try to move the inks back so you can take them out and reseat them.
