PIXMA MG3620 Flashes three times-unable to change cartridges

I purchased this printer in August 2025.  Recently it would not print and it flashed warning three times that it had to do with the ink cartridge.  I am unable to change the cartridge as they move to the right but will not lock in the position so I can change the cartridges, it just moves back to the left??

I own an MG3620 also, the three lights indicate a paper jam, whatever is in the paper path will keep the cartridges from moving to the right and the small compartment door from opening. Use a flashlight and check closely, the cause may not be all that obvious.

I will look again.  But the ink cartridges move all the way to the right and door does open, the cartridges then move to left without stopping
