G7020 Color Issues

Bought a lightly used G7020. I set it up today and proceeded to try to print. At first colors would not print at all. Did multiple cleanings and tried to do a deep clean but it would error out before completing. I did an ink flush and that got the color printing going again but the colors look washed out and the colors are off (what should be red looks more orange, etc.). After several more cleanings and a couple of successful deep cleanings, nothing had changed and I ended up doing another ink flush ( have wasted a ton of ink, I know). Colors still look washed out and off. Am I missing something?

Left picture was printed at a print shop down the road on their laser printer. It looks just like the file on screen, the middle is printed from the .pdf on H) BrightWhite24 paper, the right is a copy of the left made using the printer's scanner. The scanned picture does a better job of matching the colors than the print but the red still looks more orange. All colors on the middle print look washed out and the red is very orange. Is there some way to create a custom profile to fix these issues. As it stands, my wife is not happy with this printer do to it missing so badly on colors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a loss of what to do at this point.

I realize this is an old post but I had the same problem.  You are printing form Windows Photo Viewer, try pening in Windows Paint and print from there and see if that fixes it.  That fixed it for me.  Deep in Windows there is a file that Photo Viewer uses to control color output and that's the problem (can't remember the name of the file).  So the bottom line is that I can't use Photo View to print, I have to use Paint. Fortunately for me, I rarely print photos, PDFs with pictures, yes, JPG or JPEG or PNG, no.
