My MacBook Air, using Mojave OS 10.14.6, will no longer "find" my MX920 printer. When I go to system preferences>Printers & Scanners and click + (add printer), nothing appears. I have watched the Canon video too many times and made sure the printer is connected to my network. I have downloaded the driver software and installed it. What do I do?
Do you have another device like a smart phone you can use as a test to see if the printer can be detected? If you have an Android or iOS smart phone/tablet you can install our free Canon Print Inkjet/Selphy app.
So long as that device is on the same network the printer is connected to, it should be able to detect it.
