I have the PISMA MG2500 it is not even a year old. I have the problem where when I try to print it keeps stating the it has encountered an unexpected configuration problem 0x8007007e.
I have updated the drivers and have tried to reinstall the printer and still it keeps telling me that it has encountered an unexpected configuration problem 0x8007007e.
What can I do to fix this problem?
I have spent hours trying to correct this.

Hi yulias1975.
If the pritner has not yet been registered, you may register it at https://mycanon.usa.canon.com to ensure you can access support.
For a configuration problem, you may need to uninstall the old drivers, restart the computer, and then reinstall the drivers. The latest version of the drivers may be downloaded from the Canon IJ Setup website: https://ij.start.canon
