If I Copy a document by selecting "Black" my Canon TS9120 printer produces a nice clean copy. However, if I select "Color", the result is solid black, i.e., black ink covering the paper (see image).
Just to make sure, I used the IJ Printer Assistant Tool to Clean the nozzles and I did a Nozzle Check, which looks good
Suggestions?

Greetings,
What OS are you using the printer with and how is it connected? Are you using OEM, Canon brand ink in the printer?
