MF642cdw has been printing and scanning fine on 8-1/2 x 11 letter size paper. I just used it to copy, and the paper sizes listed for copying are all metric, and although as a work-around, I entered 8-1/2 x 11 as custom size S1 and 8-1/2 x 14 as custom size S2, neither comes up as an option to select.
It wants to print on 203MM wide paper, when 8-1/2 is 216MM wide. It calls these "Government." This cuts off part of the page. These are color copies.
I cannot find a place to change these settings. Is this a firmware issue?

Hello,
The paper size list includes letter (government) and letter. You can view the supported Sizes HERE. To see what might be going on, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help with the settings and see what is going on.
