My new printer is connected wirelessly to our two Windows 10-using computers. When asked to print a document, it sits there making whirring and clicking noises for three minutes, then finally starts printing the last page of the document, pauses halfway through for a minute, finishes just that last page and then spits out a blank page. It then does the whole process again five minutes later, with no prompting. All the while, my computer will show a 'Printer not responding' message, and the printer completely ignores any order to cancel the print until I turn the printer off and on again. It worked fine for a day before developing this issue. Is this a problem with my printer or my computer, and do you have any suggestions on fixing it?
