I am trying to scan from my MX922 printer and I just get the message "set the pc to start scanning" I am using windows 10 operating system.

Hello.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers may help with this issue. Please try the following:
1. From the Start menu, click Settings, Devices, Printers & Scanners.
2. Towards the bottom of the Printers & Scanners area, turn off Let Windows manage my default printer.
3. Once this has been done, reinstall the latest drivers from our website.
4. Try scanning frmo the MP Navigator.
You may also have to delete any extra icons of the printer in the Printers & Scanners menu.
