imageCLASS LBP122dw stuck on firmware update

My Canon imageCLASS LBP122dw stuck at firmware update. It display a progress bar and cannot get out of that state. It's not working as I have attempted to reconnected with usb and the printer cannot be discovered either. Please guide what need to be done.

I have also tried calling customer support (8006522666) which put me on music for over 33min without attending.
