what does this status mean? - imageClass LBP122dw

What does this image on the printer's screen mean? It's on my ImageClass LBP122dw and it won't print or let me go to any other screen. I've tried rebooting.

It looks like a progress bar of some kind.  Is it moving at all (bar fills in more and more)? Or just stuck permanently like that?

Did you previously attempt to update its firmware perhaps?

I don't see anything specifically called in out in the User Manual.  Your best course of action is probably to call up Canon at this point.

Thanks! It's stuck permanently like this. I called them yesterday and they're sending a replacement since it's under warranty.
