Canon MX492 sounds like it's printing, put the page comes out blank

Good morning,

All of a sudden my MX492 has decided to take a vacation.  While it pretends to be working, it just prints out a blank page.  This is for the copy function as well.

I have unplugged, rebooted and replugged.  I have cleaned the printer head (nothing printed at all - black or color), I have realigned the printer head (nothing printed at all), I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Still nothing.  And my printer cartridges are over 1/2 full.

I am running Windows 10.  Any thoughts would be appreciated!

And yes, I have searched for this exact same issue and all the links to firmware updates send to an outdated page ~ not too helpful.

Based on all the cleanings you have done and the issue remains, the printer would need to be replaced. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
