MAXIFY MB2120: Spits out blank pages and only prints in cyan

my cannon maxify 2100 just spits out blank pages when i try to print something i've done the print head cleaning i've done the print testing there are no warnings it just spits out blank pages

update the printer now prints but only in cyan

additional update the document i need printed only prints blank pages and other documents only print in cyan additionally if anyone knows how to get a hold of canon support that be great

Hello, the issue looks like there is a problem with the ink tanks or the print head is clogged/damaged. If you have already performed several cleanings or deep cleanings, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check your service options and contact Canon support directly at 1-800-652-2666.
