Have a Pixma MG3620 and Windows11. The color is off when I print. Example, trying to print an aquamarine color doc and it shows as light blue. Tried to follow the instructions to print the color pattern, but when I click OK after setting it to "Print a pattern for color adjustment" nothing prints. Any help on how to adjust the colors on the printer?
Thanks

Hi,
Please print a nozzle check by using the steps HERE and then attach it to your reply. This way we can make sure there is no hardware issue.
Also, please let us know if you are printing directly from the picture or using print software like the Canon print software or photoshop.
We look forward to your reply.
