Hi didymus69,
Are you trying to connect the printer via a printer usb cord( A to B usb) or were you trying to connect it via Bluetooth since the printer does not have the ability to connect to a router/modem.
We look forward to your reply.

Hi didymus69,
Please disconnect the USB cable from your PIXMA MX360.
Next, please download the latest driver:
1. Visit Canon's website at: http://usa.canon.com/support
2. Type PIXMA MX360 in the "Enter a model" box and click GO.
3. In the Drivers & Downloads section, please click the Select button next to the MX360 series MP Driver.
4. Click the Download button.
5. If a Save dialog box appears, click Save.
6. Once the download is complete, open your Downloads folder.
7. Double click [mp68-win-mx360-1_01-ejs.exe]. Files will extract.
8. Follow the on screen prompts and the installation will complete.

Thansk Patrick, I made a mistake in typing my model. It is actualy MX 340. I will look for that driver, that may be my issue.
