Good evening, I have been using my pro -100 printer on my computer with no problems at all. My computer is now out dated and have a new laptop, I can load drivers, but when I connect through usb or Wireless it says to do it says can not detect printer. Followed everything but my laptop can't find, it am going to order a new printer cable in the hope that's the problem I have windows 11 on my laptop really need this sorting as I do wedding invitations my old computer can not update on windows as not compatible hence new laptop
