I have the printer wireless. Using HP all in one desk top. Have tried to print from online, PDF, goole doc and nothing prints

Hello.
Try restarting the comptuer to see if this resolves the error.
If the error remains, the drivers should be uninstalled and reinstalled. Try the following:
1. Click the Start Button and search for the Control Panel, then open the Control Panel.
2. Open "Programs and Features", or "Uninstall a program".
3. Uninstall the MX490 MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool if either of these are listed.
4. Go back to the Control Panel.
5. Open Devices and Printers.
6. Right-click and delete or remove any copies of the printer that are listed here.
7. Close all windows that are open.
8. If the printer is being used with a USB cable connection, disconnect the USB cable.
9. Restart your computer.
Once this has been done, we will reinstall. Visit THIS LINK.
Once there, download and install the MX490 series MP Drivers. Then try printing once the setup is complete.
