imagePROGRAF PRO-300 professional Print Layout communication error

windows 11.  It was used for 3 months, but now it runs ok, untill the "print" request.  All goes well until there is a "communication error".  It stops.  No way to fix it.  I have deleted the software with revouninstaller and reinstalled it.  I have it via a USB connection.  The wifi works, printing directly from other software, photoshop, and even via my phone works.  I have uninstalled the printer, driver, USB cable,  I suspect there is something in the registry.  I used revoRegCleaner but no luck:  Asus ProArt 570, Ryzen 9 59000, 128 G ram, Pro-300.

Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF PRO-300 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
