Hello all,
I just purchased a PROGRAF 310 from Canon's website about a week ago. I just took it out of the box and started the initial setup. I am getting errors almost every step of the way. Especially when trying to align the print head, it will give me a 5C13 error. I have restarted/unplugged the printer multiple times with the same results. I have also tried a nozzle test which looked horrible, so the printer suggested it has clogged nozzles and to clean the print head, that also gives me an error when performing that task.
Obviously, with this being a newer printer, there's little online for google searching but I can only assume it works similarly to the 300.
The printer is updated to the latest firmware but I'm going on 4+ hours of this and making no headway. Canon Support is obviously closed on the weekends so reaching out here to see if there is anything I can do. This is my first "professional" photo printer and the setup has been nothing short of a nightmare thus far. Any suggestions?
