I have just installed MP navigator with MG8100 dirvers on my Lenovo Windows 10 (64) computer. While printing goes well, I am not able to use scan with MP navigator EX 4.0 for scanning. Receiving Error code 5,146,61 = Scanner is disconnected. I have tried reinstalling of Drivers, MP navigator, disabling Firewall and Antivirus with no effect. Interestingly enough the scanner works just fine in my second Lenovo computer with very simmilar setup. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
