Hi. Not sure what you are asking.
1. Yes, you can connect the printer to one computer with USB and a second comnputer via wifi (I am assuming your printer is a wifi printer)
2. Yes, you can connect the printer via USB to a computer and also connect via wifi from that computer. You will wind up with two copies of the printer, and I don't know why you would want to do that.
3. Sometimes the printer setup instructions require that you connect via USB initially to do the installation. That can be a pain since printer and computer aren't always neraby; thats probably why one purchasd a wifi printer.
