cant download

hello can any help me to download a OS for a new computer, i just followed the steps but for some reason its just finalized without open the program in my computer

Will EOS utility 2.1 package with 60D talk to my XSI also

I have an XT and a XSI, I purchased the 60D and it came with EOS utility 2.10 will this still communicate with the XSI. My current version of EOS utility doesnt talk to the XT

In DPP, RAW and JPEG will both show up. The one that says CR2 at the bottom is RAW. Like previously said, check your camera setting.
