Does any of you tried to download EOS Utility for the last updated software in MAC? Still not available for me.

I’m using an M1 Mac Studio Max which is now running the latest update of Sequoia and connecting to a Canon EOS Rebel SL2 OR 200D in the rest of the world.
The key to my issue was that I needed to uninstall all previous versions of the Canon EOS Utility from my computer. That’s because one of them was running in the background and wouldn’t allow me to use the upgraded utility. Once I uninstalled the old versions I again downloaded the update and then restarted my computer. That turned out to be the sequence of events that was necessary for the upgrade to work correctly. Everything worked! I’m now up and running.
I have no idea what your issue is as long as the Canon camera you’re using is on in the list of supported Canon cameras but will add, make sure to follow my sequence and don’t deviate from it.

I just plugged it into my 1DX Mk II. I turned on Liveview on the camera, then on the remote window, I clicked on Liveview and it came right up on my screen. So it works just fine. In my previous solution, the problem is surely a conflict with universal installer and something on my Mac for that profile. As soon as I created a new user, assigned admin rights, it blew right through the installation without a hitch. Once installed it works fine for both user accounts.
Good Luck!
