For some odd reason i connected my camera via WIFI to the EOS Utility launcher successfully but when the EOS Utility 3 starts everything remains greyed out, I never had this issue before, it usually worked, flawlessly as well on my m1 Mac!

Hi Mikehunt,
It would be good to double check that you have the newest version of EOS Utility 3 installed on your computer. Sometimes if it is an older version issues like this can happen. The newest version would be listed on the product page for your camera on our website Canon Homepage | Canon U.S.A., Inc. You can use the search function on the web page to bring up the product page for your camera. If you give us the model number of your camera we could also send you a link directly to your camera's product page.
