I am having issues getting the computer to recognize the camera being attached to computer. it worked a couple times in the beginning. Does anybody use the utility to download photos to their computer? Again it is on a Mac Studio with the M1 Ultra chip running Ventura.

Hello RF1830,

It sounds as though you're connecting the camera via USB. If that's the case, make sure that you disable the WIFI on the camera. The computer will not recognize the camera if the WIFI is enabled. It can connect wirelessly as well. You may want to contact our Technical Support Team at 1-800-652-2666, Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm ET and Saturday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm ET, and they can walk you through connecting the camera to the computer if you'd like.

Are you using the latest version? Verify on the support page for your camera. Does Apple Image Capture see the camera?
