I've been trying to download the EOS Digital Solution Disk Software but when I put in my serial number it comes up with an error. What do I do?

I'm using an EOS 500D, I've got Windows 11 and the error message is:
I've put in the serial number several times without success.

I found the solution! It was pretty obvious, now that I think about it. My camera is not compatible with this particular software, so I just had to find one that was compatible and then it finally worked.

It's software on the solutions disc but not the disc itself.
