Hi, After a long hiatus, I'd like to use my EOS Rebel XT but cannot figure out how to get the software to download photos onto my laptop (windows 11). Does anyone know how to find it? Thank you.

You don't need ANY software just to download to your computer. Connect with a USB cable and the camera should appear as a drive in Windows, Mac or Linux. Open the DCIM folder. That's where your photos are (maybe in a sub-folder inside DCIM). Move your files to wherever you want on the computer. It's simple file management.
