I've previously paired this camera to the app on another device, but now that I'm trying to pair it to my iPad it won't connect. The iPad is successfully paired to the camera's WiFi, but the camera constantly searches and tells me 'Device not found'.
I've made the iPad forget the camera's WiFi and then reconnected, and that didn't help. I'm not sure what else I can do. Please help?
Edit: iOS v 17.7.2

Oh, silly me; it's running on IOS 17.7.2, and it's a 6th gen iPad. If there's any more relevant knowledge required, please let me know!

Greetings meharp7224,
Thank you for providing us with the operating system version on your iPad device and it is a version that is supported by the Canon Camera Connect app.
In some cases, the app may have trouble detecting the camera if the mobile device has an active or running VPN service on it. Please check and turn off or disable any VPN function that may be enabled prior to connect the iPad to the camera.
Let's also uninstall the app, power off the iPad, restart it and download the app to your device from the App Store to see if this helps resolve the issue.
