The old Arc Form Drive EF 28mm f/2.8 and EF 35mm f/2 both use the EW-65. The ES-65 is only a little longer, and would probably also work. Especially if you are using it on a crop camera.
The EF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 USM (Mark I metal mount) uses the EW-68B, but the EW-68A is nearly identical, and will also fit.
The EF 35-135mm f/4-5.6 USM uses the EW-62
The EF 70-210mm USM and EF 100-300mm USM are nearly identical and both use the ET-65

Wow, thank you so much for the detailed information! All of my lenses are usually fitted to my 5D Classic, but I sometimes use a Rebel XT as well.
