External mic sound level

I'm recording sound from a mixer. Whenever the audio goes down the agc kicks the record level up. I've looked through the manual, but I can't find any way to disable agc. Any ideas?

Also, I'd like to be able to manually set the record level. Again, I can't find the way to do that.

I appreciate any help offered.

rockh12000,

In the [Main Functions] menu screen, you will find an option called [Mic Level].  Select it, then select [M (Manual)] and use the LEFT or RIGHT buttons to adjust the recording levels manually.

If this is a time sensitive-matter, additional support options are available at Contact Us.

Thank you! I'll try it when I get the camera back from warranty work.
