Pro9000 Mark II stuck in front load mode

I printed using front load (13x19 sheet) on my last print job. I changed just now to using 8.5x11 (after the printer was shut off) and now it's stuck in front load mode and will not print (unless I printed from front load which makes no sense to do)....

I have an all-in-one Imageclass D530 with scanner. I want to use the MF Toolbox to work my scanner from my laptop - the printer is installed on a host computer but is networked. I installed the MF Toolbox from disk and it says no scanner is installed...
