how do get my toolbox to work on a networked computer and scanner

I have an all-in-one Imageclass D530 with scanner. I want to use the MF Toolbox to work my scanner from my laptop - the printer is installed on a host computer but is networked. I installed the MF Toolbox from disk and it says no scanner is installed and doesn't allow me to "find" the printer. If I can print using my laptop why can't I use the MF Toolbox? 

Note: My laptop uses a wireless router to connect to the host computer.

Hi terry1121,

I can understand your comments. The MF Toolbox is a handy and useful scanning tool and can be fully utilized under USB connection to the computer that your imageCLASS D530 is connected, however it does not support network or printer-sharing of the application.  You may wish to consider a third-party application.
