I see a number questions like this on the community support board. This scanner has been working seamlessly with my Mac for a couple years now. Then I got this above message. I have gone through all possible destination files and made sure permissions were in order. I did manage to get it to work but then had to restart the computer and lost everything again. I can get it to scan off the utility page but not the app. I am not a well versed in computers.. Just an artist doing the best she can. I need to be able to scan to do the project now which I'm working. Pease help.
