I own a Image Prograf 2100 printer and I often print photos to 17.62" x 23.5" to 24" rolls. In the past I have been able to select, in the Canon printer utility, the option on the left side that automatically rotates the photo so that it prints longw...

I am using a Canon PRO-2100, and I have specified a custom page size of 15.1" x 22.65". When I examine the actual size of the prints I am getting with this page size, they are smaller by about 1/4" on each dimension. What am I doing wrong? Michael

I have just installed a new maintenance cartridge on my ipf 6400. But my status screen shows it to have 0 capacity left. What do I need to do to reset its capacity to 100%? Mike 

I have just completed a nozzle check on my ipf 6400. All the blocks appear to be printing fine except that there is nothing at all in the bottom half of the 10th block (counting left to right, top to bottom), as follows: 1  2  3 4  5  6 7  8  9 10  1...
