The computer and the scan function do not connect with each other. I can print but not scan. Not sure what to do?

I followed your instructions and trashed the MF Toolbox, ScanGear , WMClibrary, WMCReg.plist, MFScanner.app, Canon MF4700 ds and Cannon MF4700 USB.ds. Emptyed the trash and restarted the computer. Reinstalled ScanGear and still have the same proble...
