Hi~ Since there is only a Windows exe file to update the firmware, how does one update the firmware on their R6 Mark II? I downloaded the file per instructed by the support team, but my computer can't run it so now what??? #r6markii
I found it using Ventura and downloaded and it just won't extract... Very annoying. I haven't actually set up the Connect software yet... that might be the only option.
Okay, after digging for answers... I figured out how to make it work. Two things... #1, my WiFi on my camera was set to "enable.".... once I swtiched it to "disable" it connected AND then the EOS Utlity 3 which didn't work, somehow dropped down to E...
Unfortunately I still cannot get my 70D camera to be recognized when tethered to my Macbook which is running Big Sur 11.5.2..... Any advice? I need to do this for a class so I need to get this figured out ASAP. Thanks!
