580 EX II external battery

would like recommendations for an external battery pack for a 580EX II. Any thougths on the Nissin PS8? Thanks

have an EOS ds1 MkII and Speeotron lighting. Its not recommended connect directly so is the Wien Safety Sync the option options or are there others? Thanks

would prefer a rechargable unit. Theres Flashpointt, Nissin and Quantum which is a bit expensive. Probably others.
