An egret stands with pride on a tree. The raw file was processed in Digital Photo Professional. The monochrome conversion was done in Silver Efex Pro 2.  The exposure settings were:

An egret stands with pride on a tree. The raw file was processed in Digital Photo Professional. A hue/saturation/lightness layer (PaintShop Pro) was used to adjust the magenta and blue colours to reduce chromatic aberrations. The exposure settings were:

  • A sunfish swims and feeds near the surface of the water.  This image was taken at Jambalya Park Gonzales, LA.  A circular polarizer filter was used to  cut the glare on the water's surface. The raw file was processed in Digital Photo Professional.
