imageFORMULA R50 stops prematurely, says no document in feeder

Scanner will initiate scan, right before the scan completes, it stops and gives an error, no documnet in feeder

Is this a new install, out of the box problem or something that began recently?

Have you inspected the feeder/transport mechanism closely for debris, torn corner of paper etc.

Does this error appear on the scanner itself or on the computer?  What is the exact error please?

Can you also please tell us the version and build of the OS you're using the scanner with?
