Hi All,
i have multiple canon DR-G1100/1130 production scanners which are currently stretching the image approx 1cm from the top of the page for just a small section on the front side, (and which makes the back page longer only at the top), which leaves the page slightly longer or wider depending on the feed edge. All machines total life counts range from 2.4million to 2.8million images
I have tried changing lasers, top feed motors and feed rollers, cleaning the sensors, adjusting the presure and this issue still persists.
Does anyone know what is causing this? and what part needs attention. it is currently creating a serious issue and loss of productivity in my business which i need to address urgently.
