Hi there, we have a user with a DR-C225 II scanner and CaptureOnTouch v5. Whenever he scans to CaptureOnTouch, he gets the "ISIS Driver Error: [80FD13A6]" popup. There isn't much documentation about it but I have tried reinstalling driver software, going down a version, and reinstalling CaptureOnTouch. He just the scanner so there's no normal baseline for him right now, though no one else in our office is having this issue right now.
