Hello.

I can't find anything referencing a DR-2020C color scanner. I found a imageFORMULA DR-2010C. It was retired in 2017. Can you double-check the model information on the front or top panel of the unit itself?

It should of course be Canon DR 2010C!

Typing error - DR 2010C is correct. Is there anything I can do? Scrap a perfectly good scanner?

Hello, again!

As I'd mentioned before, the imageFORMULA DR-2010C was retired in 2017. As a result, all official Canon support has ceased, and no new software or drivers will be developed.

All available software and drivers for that unit are on our site HERE.

To explore Canon's latest technologies, we recommend contacting our Canon Upgrade Program Specialists at 1-866-443-8002, available Monday through Friday.

We hope you have a great day!

So - I will not be able to use my scanner because I have upgraded to another OS?
Why on earth would an older program not work? Is there one for MacOS? Is this an example of the so called planned obsolescence? It's despicable!

It’s a paid product, but VueScan by Hamrick Software should get the scanner working again.
