CaptureOnTouch V5 Pro - unable to add page from file

Hi all. 

I have been using v5 pro for some time and would like to add page from file during scanning process. 

When I try to use that option I get error message that function is not installed. 

What am I missing?

Hi. Do they maybe have email of some kind? I'm in a different time, some 7 hours before them.
