"Log in to an administrator account" error when installing drivers for PIXMA G7020

Hello,

When trying to install the driver files for G7000 series I get the "Log in to an administrator account" and am unable to proceed. I run "as administrator" when kicking off Msetup4.exe, file permissions are wide open, and I tried so far every suggestion I see on this forum for this type or error, but no luck. I don't know what else to try, so any help is appreciated! Might it be something security related on my laptop? Thanks in advance!

Error message is:

To install the software, you must be logged in to an administrator account. Click [OK] to cancel the installation. If you are using the CD-ROM, remove it after clicking [OK]. Log in to an adminstrator accoutn, then install the software.

The printer is G7020. I should add this is what I downloaded Search Results | Canon U.S.A., Inc..

Please try the Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.00 (Windows) file that can be located HERE. When the page opens, select software and drivers and then scroll down and select load more until you see the file.

Thanks for your quick response - I got further using the download you referenced but then it could not find my printer. In the end I somehow was able to add it on my "Bluetooth and Devices" page and it now works. Thanks!
