Using a tablet as an external video monitor for a Canon C100 Mark II

Has anyone had success using a tablet as an external video monitor on the Canon C100 Mark II? I've done an exhaustive Google search but it came up empty. In particular, I have an Asus Nexus 7 Android tablet.

My research finds that the Asus tablet can be used on various Canon DSLRs, but no mention of the C100 video camera.

At this time there is no support to utilize a tablet OS as a monitor for the EOS C100 Mark II.  We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you at this time.
