Custom function menu mode for the Canon R5 C

I own the Canon R 6 Mark II and l am able to take pictures with Manual focus only lens, l had to enable an option using the custom function menu function.
I recently acquired the Canon R5 C for cinematography as well as photography and l cannot find the same function, and so far l can’t take pictures with this MF lens but l can record videos. Can anyone let me know where  to enable this on the R 5 C, l can’t find this on the cameras photo pdf documentation. Thanks

Aren’t there separate menu settings for photo and video modes?

Photo Menu:

The Release Shutter w/o Lens option is found on the C.Fn4 menu

Video Mode:

No such option is needed or exists.
